Free Rent in Settlers’ Village

Free Rent for 6 months to an established business interested in relocating to a tourist-friendly shopping complex. We are located in a neighborhood of Americana-like shops just north of the Geauga County Tourism office, Mary Yoder’s Amish Kitchen and Middlefield Cheese on Old State Road/Route 608. We are looking for a business that complements our village which houses The Craft Cupboard, Tiny Stitches (quilts), Settlers’ Trains and Cargo, and Vancura Gallery of Fine Art and Custom Framing. Settlers’ Village is looking for a new long-term neighbor to join our art, craft and Amish-friendly shopping complex.  Our shopping complex is located in the tourist friendly area of Middlefield, and our shopping village is hard to miss as we are painted in bright colors that are found in the Linda Nelson Stock’s paintings that adorn a wall of the blue front building of Settlers’ Village. The fifteen foot cow next to the gallery is also a traffic stopper. The cow, a work of art by Cleveland Institute of Art artist, Chris McConnel, was created out of recycled car hoods to be a tourist attraction. It works. Quite often one looks out the window of one of the shops to see a tourist or a group of tourists with cameras in tow to have their picture taken with the Giant Geauga County Holstein Cow. Check out Settlers’ Village at Vancura Gallery.com.  or find us on facebook. Call or email for details on relocating to Settlers’ Village, a neighborhood of shops and take advantage of six months of free rent.
