Ovation Movement by Wendy was started for the sole purpose of providing FUN, EDUCATIONAL, NON-COMPETIVE movement classes that BUILD CONFIDENCE and SELF-ESTEEM. We offer DANCE, TUMBLING, CHEERLEADING and BALLET classes for children, LINE DANCING, and workout classes such as NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK and SATURDAY MORNING WORKOUT for adults and seniors.  Just recently, we added an adaptive program for children with disabilities, SHINING STARS MOVE AND GROOVE.  We are currently offering classes in multiple locations in the Cleveland east side area.

Ovation Movement by Wendy was established in 1998 in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, by Traci McCormick.  The business was first named Dance With Traci.  Traci grew the business to several locations throughout the Cleveland East side area providing dance, tumbling and movement classes for all ages.

In the spring of 2005 the business was taken over by longtime business partner and friend, Wendy Murphy.  Wendy continued to grow the business and share her passion and love for children and adults.  In February of 2009 Wendy passed suddenly.  It was a terrible loss for her family, friends and the business.  Since Wendy’s passing other instructors that Wendy trained maintained her love and business.

Now, Traci McCormick is once again owner, and will continue to spread Wendy’s love and passion for dance and movement.  For more information visit www.ovationmovement.com.
